About Jessica Jones.
Jessica Jones, M.S., LPC-Associate, LCDC-I
Supervised by Laura Quintanar, LPC-S and Dr. Rhonda Patrick.

Jessica Jones is a counselor, author, and holistic practitioner who specializes in supporting athletes, teens, and young adults through the mental and emotional challenges that impact performance, confidence, and overall well-being.
Jessica holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and additional training as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I). Her background allows her to help clients understand the deeper patterns behind stress, anxiety, motivation, identity development, and performance blocks—both on and off the field.
At NTX Sports Counseling, Jessica integrates sport psychology principles, mind-body techniques, and holistic healing approaches to help athletes strengthen mental resilience, build confidence, improve focus, and develop healthy coping skills. She also works closely with parents and families, providing guidance on communication, emotional regulation, and supporting athletes in high-pressure environments.
Jessica believes that every athlete deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their emotions, learn new strategies, and grow as a person—not just a performer. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, helping clients discover their strengths and develop lifelong mental wellness skills.
Jessica currently practices under the supervision of Laura Quintanar, MS, LPC-S, RYT and Dr. Rhonda Patrick.
